Welcome to my first blog on The Wellbeing Pathway! I’m delighted that you’ve connected with me as part of your wellbeing, leadership or coaching journey.
There is an increasing body of evidence that supports the positive impact that nature has on our wellbeing.
Whether we are leaders in our communities, the organisations where we work or the networks where we connect with others, it is fundamental that we consider our approach to wellbeing.
There is much to celebrate now that there is a greater focus on the holistic approach to our mind and body connections, there is still much to do to embed a culture, where talking about our mental health and wellbeing is normal and asking for help and support is a sign of strength, not weakness.
The Wellbeing Pathway has delivered Wellbeing and The Menopause workshops to over 100 women in the past few months, exploring signs, symptoms, sources of support and a space for sharing with and learning from others.
Since developing, planning and finally launching The Wellbeing Pathway, I’ve definitely gained a lot of new skills, experiences and connections and thought it might be useful to share some of my learning with others who are thinking about taking that leap of faith, particularly in this time of Entrepreneurship Week.

I’m often asked about how my wellbeing and coaching work link together. I’ve been reflecting on this recently, having returned to face-to-face connections and supporting individuals as they navigate the impact of the pandemic.
As a member of the International Association of Facilitators, I connect with and learn from facilitators across the globe. There are always new methods, competencies and schools of thought, but the fundamental strengths of good facilitation guide me in day-to-day interactions with others.
ALike the seasons, our lives ebb and flow. Sometimes we feel a sense of unsteadiness and imbalance and that can have a negative impact on our overall wellbeing.
